Searching

I'll take a a little magic

a miracle or two,

pagan god or Jesus

it doesn't matter who

Just looking for a little hope,

a better life for me

Buddha, Islam

I'll try the trinity

I'm tired of all this struggling

the pain I must endure

but my body is diseased

this I know for sure

So I meditate and I pray

 trying to get relief

but I'm always disappointed

no matter my belief

Forgive me if I seem fickle

I tend to change my mind

But I'm searching 

and I'm desperate 

Where is the great divine?
