smell the fragrance in my hair

look in my eyes

lose yourself there

for I want you to kiss me

and take delight

here I am yours

today and tonight

do not be dismayed by

the scars on my skin

look at my smile

and beauty within

do not look at my age

and think me old

remember the love we

strongly hold

for we are still young,

though we're not twenty

but there's romance here
